3 volumes, folio (354 x 285mm.), 104 hand-coloured aquatint plates after Rowlandson and Pugin (no watermarks, text watermarked 1806-1807), nineteenth-century red morocco gilt by Bedford, spines gilt with raised bands in six compartments, leaves uncut, dark blue endpapers, leaves in volume 1 loose and defective
"One of the greatest colour-plate books" (Tooley).
