The Order of St Anne, set of insignia, Keibel, St Petersburg, circa 1850


Comprising:

(i) Badge, by Wilhelm Keibel, in gold and red translucent enamel, struck to enamel with maker's mark, 56 standard, 54mm by 48mm, with a length of yellow-bordered red sash ribbon

(ii) Breast star, by Keibel, silver-gilt and enamel, with the abbreviated motto of the Order AMAN. JUST. PIET. FID. (To those who love Justice, Piety and Fidelity), struck to back and pin with maker's mark, 84 standard, 89mm by 89mm,

This is set in a fitted red leather case
