the oviform vase with three prunt free and slightly domed cover with silver gilt liner, decorated in coloured cloisonné enamels and worked in various thicknesses of silver and copper wire, with applied lobed panels depicting wisteria, a crane among irises, and plum blossom, interspersed on a fine silver wire scrollwork ground, the cover with two applied enamel butterflies
