Formant une main amovible en émail noir et rose rehaussée de diamants taille rose, tenant une fleur en or, le pistil serti d'un diamant taille ancienne, dimensions 45 x 28 mm, signée Cartier, poinçons français pour l'or 18K (750°/00), poids brut 17.43 g, vers 1938, écrin signé Cartier.
In the shape of a detachable hand applied with black and pink enamel, accented by rose diamonds, holding a gold flower, the centre set with a circular-cut diamond, measuring approximately 45 x 28mm, signed Cartier, French assay marks for 18 carat gold, gross weight 17.43 grams; circa 1938, case stamped Cartier.
