A Transitional style gilt-bronze-mounted kingwood and mahogany parquetry and gouache occasional table
the table third quarter 19th century, the gouache possibly by Giuseppe Pietro Bagetti and earlier
the circular top with pierced gallery, inset with an Italian School gouache depicting reserves of Venus and Cupid centred by a bearded mask, the frieze fitted with a drawer, on three legs joined by a stretcher centred by an inlaid monogram (MA), on scroll carved feet, the underside with partial remains of a label
