A Fragmentary Roman Marble Torso of Dionysos
circa 2nd Century A.D.
standing with the weight on his left leg against a tree-trunk support, and wearing an animal skin falling down his back and girdled at the waist, the ends of the girdle’s knot arranged into a loop; no restorations.
Height 34 cm.
