Two Ionic Marble Capitals
circa 1st Century A.D.
carved in relief on the echinus with an egg-and-dart motif flanked by sprigs of honeysuckle, and on the the astragal with a bead-and-reel(?) pattern.
20 by 55 and 21 by 57 cm.
