A RARE MEISSEN HAUSMALER SILVER-GILT-MOUNTED COFFEE POT AND COVER, THE PORCELAIN CIRCA 1720, THE DECORATION CIRCA 1740
attributed to the workshop of Johann Friedrich Metzsch, Bayreuth, molded in relief with flowering branches picked out in enamels, painted below the spout in purple camaïeu with a boar hunt scene, with similar oval landscapes on either side within a gilt-cartouche, with gilt-trellis work to the rim and spout, the chained mounted domed cover with relief molded flowers, the mounts later
