• Movement: 1a quality, cal. 45 frosted gilded ¾ plate, bi-metallic compensation balance, diamond endstone, precision swan-neck regulation, the chronograph mechanism partially visible to the backplate, signed and numbered A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte i/ Sa, no. 61601
• Dial: white enamel, Arabic numerals, sunken centre, outer track for minutes, outermost ring for chronograph seconds and minute recording with red Arabic 5 minute/second markers, signed A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte B/Dresden
• Case: ''Louis XV'' 18ct gold, polished covers, polished gold cuvette engraved J.L. John Kunibert v. s.tr Mutter, 1908, pusher to the band for chronograph activation, all covers signed and numbered 61601

This unique piece is Lange's only recorded chronograph with a central minute-counter. The firm sought to create an aesthetically elegant chronograph by changing the motion-work on the dial-side of the chronograph to integrate the minute counter into the main dial, rather than using a smaller subsidiary counter. The design bears similarity to a split-seconds chronograph due to the similar sizes of the chronograph hand and the minute-counter hand.
The double wheels for the minute counter are under the chronograph bridge, with the top wheel acting as the stop-wheel. The under-dial work transmits the drive to the hand-bearing wheel at the center.
