probably Liverpool, of conventional form, the rims with three apertures, and a band of flowerheads formed of circle and heart-shaped piercing, each painted with script verse in slightly different spellings:
"Here Gentlemen come try yr Skill.
I'le hold a wager if you will
that you Don't Drink this liqr all
Without you spill or let some Fall.",
flanked by flowering plants
