probably Liverpool, one painted on both sides with a bowl of flowers, the other painted with a large Chinoiserie landscape with pagoda buildings among trees, the verso with a similar smaller scene, with a stylized stiff-leaf band at the rim

The pattern seen on the first is associated to Delftware made in both Liverpool and Dublin. The wares produced in Dublin generally differ by the addition of a painted numeral on the underside, as mentioned in Michael Archer, Delftware in the Fitzwilliam Museum, p. 226, E.13 where a further guglet painted in this pattern is illustrated
