of rectangular form with rounded corners and overhanging cover, decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, gold foil and hirame on a nashiji ground with various coins and mon, the interior with a slate, fundame rim and silver water-dropper chased and engraved with leafy petioles and tendrils, silver rims
