the rectangular cabinet with hinged door opening to reveal three variously sized drawers decorated in iroe-hiramaki-e, takamakie-e, hirame, nashiji, kinpun and silver foil, with an overall design of a temple nestling in pine trees, a bridge across a river and a cascading waterfall, the silver hinges and lock plate engraved with foliage, the interior of the door with a pavilion among maple trees beside a river, the design continuing on to the drawers
