FOUR SILVER TEA ACCESSORIES AND TRAY STAMPED WITH TUGHRA OF SULTAN ABDÜLHAMID II (R.1876-1909), TURKEY, CIRCA 1900


the tray with raised, sinuous rim and carved foliate handles, inscribed in centre with entwined initials: A.M and date: 1877-1902, on a guilloche ground, stamped with tughra of Abdülhamid II and sah stamp, reverse with assay marks; with two silver tea pots, a two-handled sugar pot and a small jug, each with incised initials and date set in a foliate frame, on a guilloche ground between bands with ribbons, all stamped with tughra of Abdülhamid II, sah stamp and assay marks
