Our table is very close to a suite of four corner tables and a center tables. Two of them are kep at the ABI, Associazione Bancaria Italian in Rome (1). Alvar Gonzales Palacios mentions that Giuseppe barberi directed the works on the appartment prepared for the nuptials of Palazzo Altieri in Rome. The desing of this set shows the influence of Piranesi who was Barberi's friend and Barberi was somet.mes s the asssistant of this great artist.

Notre table est très proche d'une suite de quatre consoles d'angle et d'une table de milieu dont deux sont conservées à l'ABI, Associazione Bancaria Italian à Rome (1). Alvar Gonzales Palacios rappelle que Giuseppe Barberi supervisa la décoration de l'appart.mes nt nuptial du Palazzo Altieri à Rome. Le dessin de cet ensemble rappelle le travail de Piranèse dont Barberi fut l'ami et parfois l'assistant.
