The arms are those of Foley quartering Hodgetts for Edward Thomas Foley of Stoke Edith Park, co. Hereford, D.C.L., b. 1790. In 1832, he married Lady Emily Graham, 4th daughter of James, 3rd Duke of Montrose. He died in 1846.
