Two etchings with aquatint printed in colors, 1965 and 1973, each signed in pencil, the first numbered 33/75, the second inscribed 'H.C.', an hors commerce impression aside from the edition of 30, on Arches and Guarro wove papers, the first printed by Maeght, Lévallois-Perret, published by Maeght, Paris, the second with the blindstamp of the printer, J.J. Torralba, Rubí, Barcelona, published by Sala Pelaires, Palma de Mallorca, framed (2 prints)

Condition

The first print, the full sheet, with round spots of white discoloration at the bottom third of the sheet, as well as two round spots of white discoloration near the top of the sheet. A few fainter areas of discoloration at the center right of the image. Colors slightly attenuated. Scattered small fox marks throughout the sheet. A spot of surface soiling at the bottom center margin. A slight ripple along the top and bottom edges of the sheet, probably due to hinging. The verso with spots of surface soiling and scattered small fox marks; the discoloration from the verso showing through. The second print is in generally good condition, with wide margins. Small fox marks scattered throughout the sheet. A few minuscule, inconspicuous surface scratches in the image. (A faint spot of surface soiling in the left margin.) The verso in generally good condition, aside from a few spots of surface soiling and scattered small and minuscule fox marks.
