Condition
This impressive cradle is in good conserved condition, and has been re-giilt. There are marks and scratches consistent with age and use as well as some chipping to the gilt and gesso surface. The cradle itself with two broken pieces with have been re-attached; where this has happened, some areas of gesso are also showing. The gilt-brass mounts on the supports are in original condition.
