Cabochon has slightly irregularly shaped top, sloping more steeply to one corner. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 5.50 carats. Dimensions of top section approximately 38 x 33mm. Scratches to stone and metal surfaces consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
