Of rectangular shape with guilloché pattern, applied scrolled push piece on side with matching opposite, set with brilliant-cut diamonds, opening up to reveal a compartment, measuring approximately 10.9 x 7.9 x 10mm, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, gross weight approximately 179 grams, outer case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
Condition
Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold to inside of lid, right hand corner. Also stamped to inside of compartment with French assay marks and marker's mark Signed Van Cleef & Arpels Paris, numbered 49924 on inside of lid left hand top corner. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00-2.30 carats, estimated colour K-L on average, estimated claritys
VS, some SI. Metal with light surface scratches, some small dents and light discoloration to inside of compartment and lid. Some light discoloration around thumbpieces. Hinge in good working order, closes securely. Gross weight approximately 179,1 grams. In good condition. Accompanied by outer case from Van Cleef & Arpels.
