Centering a cushion-cut sapphire weighing approximately 13.75 carats, framed and accented by old European and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.10 carats, size 5½; circa 1915.

In good condition. The ring mounting displays minor nicks and scratches to the bottom of the ring shank consistent with age, also significant wear to the etching on the shoulders is visible upon inspection but is not noticeable when worn. The lightly included sapphire displays a medium-light strongly violet-blue color. Abrading to the facet junction is noticeable under a 10x loupe. Diamonds are near colorless and of decorative quality.
