Overall the condition of the urn is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The urn has been outside and there is weathering to the surface throughout. There are fissures to the material throughout. There is a large open flaw to the urn below the top edge above one of the male heads. There are a number of chips and losses. There may be some restorations to the base and to the top. The mouths of two of the faces are filled with a soft grey composite material. There is a blue plastic label to the underside printed: C19 WA/6552.
