carved recumbent with its legs tucked tightly underneath its body, the head turned sharply back towards its rear haunches, detailed with a pair of curled eyebrows above large rounded eyes and flaring nostrils, surmounted by a single horn between lop ears, the mane and the bushy tail finely incised, the stone of a greenish-yellow colour suffused with patches of russet-brown inclusions
