Condition
Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Minor marks, scratches, nicks, dents, abrasions, and small chips throughout consistent with age and use. Carved in two pieces and joined at the neck with three metal staples, the seam with crusty fill (applied in situ). Old chip to back of proper right ear, patinated over. Some chipping to edges. Fine blackened patina with encrustation.
