Overall in very good condition. The favrile glass shade is in excellent condition, with a few very small and minor air bubble inclusions inherent in the making. The patinated bronze surfaces display an exceptionally deep and rich green and russet brown patina, with very minimal surface wear and rubbings consistent with age and gentle use. The socket and base switch appear original and undisturbed, and all of the small patinated bronze screws securing the shade are intact. An exceptional example distinguished by the outstanding rare blue damascene shade which displays superbly articulated feather decoration and strong intense color and iridescence. The shade is equally visual and attractive when seen with both remitted and reflected light.
