Condition

Overall excellent condition. It would appear that a later overcoat of paint was applied to this chair, although it does not appear to have been done in recent t.mes s. There are signs of an undercoat of the same color plus occasionally crude brush marks in some areas. Otherwise the piece is extremely sturdy and shows normal wear including minor scuffs, stains, flecks and surface dirt. An extremely important form by Schindler showing the relationship with his contemporary Kem Weber.
