rounded rectangular form, the glass cut in varied patterns, the rim mount cast with ribbon-bound laurel, engraved with Cyrillic initials ONS and Roman numberal XXV, 84 standard

The glass in excellent condition, the silver with nicks and scratches consistent with age and use.
