Condition
This sculpture is in very good condition. The brass appears recently polished and does not exhibit any obtrusive scratches or dents. The blue anodized surface is a deeper blue possibly associated with a re-application of the anodized pigment to the aluminum components. This may be related to slight apparent irregularities in the absorption of the anodized pigment at the welding edges which join the faces of the aluminum components and are an inherent feature of the manufacture noted for some of these progressions. Aside from this, there are also pigment anomalies on the face of components as follows: the upper right corner on the far left component, a 1/3 in. spot on the component second from the left and the bottom left corner of the component third from left.
