Condition
Original canvas. There are scattered spots of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to the right of the extreme upper edge. Apart from some very fine scattered craquelure, this work is in very good condition, with rich tones and contrasts, and ready to hang. Held in a simple, narrow, black-painted wood frame.
