finely carved, depicting two intertwined felines on a finely incised feather fan, a butterfly next to them, the stone of an even, nearly flawless white

Overall generally good condition, small flake to underside of edge of butterfly wing, slight roughness to one tip of upper side of wing and tips of two feathers in fan, very faint blush of russet to handle of fan, the tone of the stone is slightly less greenish than appears in the printed catalogue
