the rounded sides delicately painted with four floral gilt-bordered roundels, interspersed with superbly executed stylized floral and lingzhi sprays, picked out in pink, blue, green and aubergine enamels, reserved against a yellow-ground incised with puce feathery scrollwork, the interior deftly painted in underglaze-blue with chrysanthemum, peony, prunus and lingzhi within a double circle, the sides with further floral sprays

The bowl is in good overall condition with excellent enamels. There is a 3 cm hairline crack to the rim.
