Condition

Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is much brighter and more vibrant with the red tending more towards a tomato red in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is very minor wear to the extreme corner edges. There is a minute faint rub mark towards the centre of the top edge. There is an extremely faint handling mark to the upper centre of the left overturn edge. There is a light coloured media accretion to the top right hand corner which appears to be original to the work's execution. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
