Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although overall the tonality is warmer in the orignal. Condition: This work is in good condition. Close inspection reveals there are some scatterd rub marks to the base. There are also several faint rub marks to the arms and knees of the figures. There is a more prominent rub mark with associated small paint losses to the front figure's left hand and wrist, and also to the lip and nose. There are small spots of retouching on the latter.
