Condition
Colours:
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is slightly richer and deeper with greater contrast in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the different textures evident in the original.
Condition:
The work is in very good condition. There is a small horizontal margin of paper skinning along the centre of the top extreme edge and to the top of the right extreme edge and some minor undulation to the photograph collage, which are original to the work's execution. A few scattered light handling marks and extremely fine surface scratches are visible upon close inspection in raking light to the plexiglass.
