A head of this week’s Impressionist, Modern & Surrealist Art Evening Sales, which achieved £195 million, the highest total for an auction ever staged in London, guests joined Replica Shoes ’s at New Bond Street for an evening of art and cocktails. There was an opportunity to get a closer look at the auction highlight – Klimt’s Bauerngarten – as well as standout works by Picasso, Gauguin and Modigliani.
