In pan-slavic taste, the leather cover applied with a silver reserve decorated with chased stylised foliate scrolls and buds against a matte white and blue enamel ground, centred below with a cabochon gemstone, the inside lined in lavender fabric, struck K. Fabergé in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant, 88 standard
