Vintage started 3rd October (16.5 hl/ha). Very deep colour - maturing but toffee-dark. Warm mushrooms - nose of roses. No dry notes - cinnamon originality. Both rich and tannic. Aftertaste of prunes. Last tasted in Methuselah. Wonderful nose of wild herbs on the 'garrigues'. The taste gets fuller and fuller in the glass. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

深邃濃稠，有漸趨成熟的暗拖肥色澤。菇菌般的溫潤，又有玫瑰的芳香。此酒有肉桂的風格，沒有酸香，味道卻很爽澀；果味不濃，但口感醇厚，並有西梅的餘韻。上次品嚐六公升裝，洋溢出色的野生香草氣息，味道於杯中越久越見濃稠。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
