A pair of Louis XVI style gilt-bronze mounted Sèvres porcelain pot-pourri vases, after a model by Jean Dulac, late 19th century


the Sèvres porcelain with a blue background, ornamentation of chased and gilded bronze, the lid surmounted by a pine cone finial and underlined with a Greek frieze, the body surmounted by an openwork post frieze and flanked by retaining lion heads rings joined by spindles in garlands, marked in hollow H71-8 and in ink S.71 for one and S.72 for the other.
