Large black road case (55.5 x 37 x 57’’). With  “Fragile | Handle With Care” stickers and “Easy Rider | Freedom Fight” stickers on 3 sides, white tape on the front reading “BWG”; as toured, some rust. On rollers.

A large, much traveled road case. These cases were the foundation of the band’s touring, allowing them to transport their plentiful gear safely from venue to venue. While they didn’t produce the sounds that made the Dead famous worldwide, they were what allowed them to happen.
