4 parts in 2 volumes. 8vo (190 x 120 mm). Contemporary ruled calf; rebacked to style.
Jacob Schiff's copy of the Plantin Hebrew Bible, with his 1887 ownership inscription in each volume. Schiff was a noted American Jewish businessman and philanthropist and influential in both domestic and world affairs from 1880 until his death in 1920.
