Ever since the first Daytona launched in 1960s, the collection has been the pinnacle of chronographs in the world of horology. Being the only traditional chronograph manufactured by the brand for over half a century, the Daytona of today as a model has branched out into many varieties to appeal to all collectors, with different use of metal, dial and strap combinations. The present lot features an example of the elegant Everose gold Daytona, Rolex’s unique pink gold alloy that claims to never change colour over time like other rose gold blends. Inside the case is a matching chocolate brown dial and subdials, harmoniously complementing each other.
