Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 6.71 carats, the shoulders accented by baguette diamonds, the mount pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 53^1/2, signed Bulgari, Italian assay mark for gold.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 145831, dated 11 April 2025, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, with a minor amount of oil in fissures; together with an Amanda Triossi letter of expertise, dated 25 November 2025.
