This one-of-a-kind Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a winemaking technique rarely seen in Napa Valley. Harvested on October 5, 2024, the fruit was crushed into a small open-top fermentor and heated to 160°F—an audacious thermovinification trial that transformed the grape must into something extraordinary. After slowly cooling overnight, it was pressed into a single Alain Fouquet barrel to ferment and mature for 22 months. The result is a deeply colored, luxuriously textured Cabernet with remarkable intensity and harmony. Bold, modern, and crafted in minute quantities, this wine reflects both experimentation and heritage—an unforgettable expression of vision and craftsmanship.
