Orné d’un médaillon ovale en ivoire gravé et peint, figurant une femme de profil rehaussée de diamants taille 8/8 sur fond floral ajouré, entouré de motifs floraux et diamants taille ancienne, le revers orné d’une plaque de corne, dimensions 77 x 39 mm environ, poinçons français d'import pour l'or 18K (750°/00), poids brut 19.37 g, début du 20^e siècle.

Decorated with a carved and painted ivory medallion, depicting a woman in profile highlighted with circular-cut diamonds on a floral openwork background, the reverse set with horn, measuring approximately 77 x 39mm, French import assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum, gross weight 19.37 grams, early 20^th century.
