Reverse ullage: 1 cm, very slightly scuffed label and neck label

In 2016, this is now toastily mature, still with the 30% Chardonnay hazelnuts in evidence, but a touch caramelised and texturally almost edible, like breakfast brioche. Match it with wild mushroom risotto - this is very more-ish. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
