70% Tinto Fino, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, Malbec and Albillo. Superb aromatic bouquet. So sweet and seductive. So absolutely round and complete that it is 'spheric'! A spicy infusion and a giant of a wine. A magnum drunk with Scottish woodcock was divine, with a nose of blackberries in liqueur and a taste of wine gums and liquorice - glorious rich glycerol all the way. In 2013, incredibly multi-dimensional nose and a milk chocolate, youthful taste of pure bliss. This is always landmark Vega, staying its ground in regal fashion. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

Provenance

The majority of the wines were purchased on release or direct from producers. The rest were purchased either from auctions including Replica Shoes 's and a few selected wine merchants. Professionally stored in Hong Kong prior to inspection. Property of a wine aficionado.
