the semi-circular backplate stamped with the Cleansing of the Temple, set with turquoises, the front with medallions, the ends with lions, marked on the back in Hebrew Bezalel Jerusalem 935
Length 6⅛in. (15.5 cm)
With Hebrew inscription on the backplate, “Judah Maccabee purifying the Holy Temple” above “Bezalel Jerusalem.”
