Composed of a row of cultured pearls interspersed with gold rondelles, the center featuring an agate cameo depicting a bust of Hercules, the reverse inscribed 'Bust of Hercules III Century A.A.' set between fluted rock crystal segments, accented by baguette, round and square-cut diamonds, further decorated with cabochon rubies.
