signed Yongbo Dai Yiheng, dated the sixth year of Guangxu reign (1880), with a dedication and with two seals of the artist
with one collector's seal of Jin Gong(1886-1969)

款識：倣巨然師法。光緒六年(1880)八月朔日，奉少之仁兄大人教正，用柏弟戴以恆。鈐印：用柏、戴以恆印
鑑藏印：(靳鞏)汾陽靳鞏審定
注：
(1)戴以恆，字用柏，錢塘人，熙父子（一作侄），山水得其正傳。筆頗精細。與楊伯潤、張子祥齊名。從學者百餘人，遠至日本、朝鮮，皆願執弟子禮。夙工刻印，然繪事雲湧，無暇操刀。卒年六十六。
(2)靳鞏(1886-1969)，山西孝義人。中華民國政治人物，收藏頗富，多有歷代金石書畫。
