The vast majority of lobby cards were produced in sets of 8. However, Disney went to town on this film and produced a 9 card set. The additional card is in portrait format, and the other 8 are in the landscape.

This film was based on the 1956 novel The Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith. It was Walt Disney's seventeenth animated feature film, and much-needed box-office success for the studio, after the more expensive and underperforming Sleeping Beauty two years earlier.
